All of our products are made to order. Therefore, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted. In the event of shipping damage or receipt of an incorrect order, please email us at sales@wildinfinity.co.uk along with a photo if you can and description if the issue, so we can offer a replacement or issue a refund (case-by-case basis)
