Please check the item dispatch time before ordering to make sure you will receive it in time. 

Delivery

Most orders are dispatched within 3-5 days. 

All UK orders are sent out via Royal Mail

•  Delivery within 2-3 business days. 

Overseas orders are sent out via Royal Mail standard International delivery  

• Europe delivery aim: 3-5 working days
• Worldwide delivery aim: 6-7 working days

Returns & Exchanges

 All our products are  made to order. Therefore, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted. In the event of shipping damage or receipt of an incorrect order, please email us at sales@wildinfinity.co.uk along with a photo if you can and description if the issue, so we can offer a replacement or issue a refund (case-by-case basis)
